Gym Facility Director
Full-time Tumbles of Renton, opening late summer 2026, is looking for a Facility Director who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with young families.
Do you want to have a blast at work each day by inspiring dozens of children to learn and have fun through movement? Do you have a love for wellness and fitness? This is the first hire for the new Tumbles of Renton location (part of the nationwide Tumbles franchise) and will be the senior leadership position for the gym, reporting directly to the owner. You will be managing daily operations, staff, and customer interactions while helping to grow the business. If this sounds exciting to you, we would love to hear from you! Role responsibilities and desired background and skills below: What we expect from our Director
Learn about our curriculum and programs for kids ages 4 months to 10 years
Able to train others and improve business performance
Multi-tasker:
ability to create a positive customer experience, manage staff, create schedules, and be the 'face' of Tumbles of Renton
Excellent verbal and written skills
Able to interact with new customers, educate and promote our services
Basic computer proficiency, can learn new systems
Social media knowledge and proficiency is a plus
Flexibility to work at least two weekends a month is a plus
Essential Job Functions:
Background in business management and admin, including staffing and team management, customer service, and/or facility management
Some background (personal or professional) in exercise science / kinesiology, child development, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, sports, dance, or related fields
Customer service-oriented. Able to sell a program and manage customer feedback and expectations, and create an undeniably fantastic customer experience.
Friendly, positive attitude and ability to be a leader in creating a great company culture and team dynamic
Strong work ethic
Leadership qualities: willingness to help others, ability to coach and support team members
