About You The ideal Electronics and Facilities Assistant enjoys a fast pace environment and juggling multiple priorities. They don't know what it means to sit back and wait because they are always proactively seeking out ways to be more efficient, get tasks completed on time, and provide excellent support. This position performs a variety of functions including supporting our technical operations, warehouse, fleet, and facilities maintenance teams. The Role Works on tasks, including panel and rack builds, programming cameras, panels, etc. Provides regular updates on projects Identifies and escalates issues without delay upon identification Updates documentation Assists with shipping and receiving Assists with inventory, ensuring necessary materials are ordered and stocked Breaks down unneeded boxes, takes out trash, and sweeps floors Assists in coordination of job site visits, scheduling needed pickup and delivery of associated documents and items Maintains files, tracking logs, reports, spreadsheets, and special projects Works with the lead on technical growth Interacts effectively with internal and external customers Handles deliveries between office locations and job sites Covers and assists in the warehouse as needed Takes care of recycling and dump runs Assists with assembling large freight shipments Assists Building Maintenance team as needed with building maintenance and landscaping Assists fleet team with moving vehicles, taking them to appointments, and handling inspections The Necessities Valid state driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history) The Nice-to-Haves Strong computer skills Prior warehouse experience Prior electronics experience The Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans 401(k) plan Up to 4% match available 100% vested from day one Healthcare flexible spending accounts Dependent care flexible spending accounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company sponsored group term life insurance Corporate perks program Opportunities to participate in voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, voluntary life insurance, disability insurance, long term care, hospital indemnity insurance, critical illness insurance, legal services, identity theft protection, and accident insurance Pay range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour for well-qualified candidates.
