What You'll Be Doing As Location Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the operation, including: Managing daily scrap yard and recycling operations Purchasing and grading ferrous and nonferrous metals Leading, coaching, and developing employees Managing customer and supplier relationships Overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory control Ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance Managing office administration This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time both in the yard and in the office.
