Job Description:
The Facilities Coo rdinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the F acilities Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for the Facilities Department Assist with and coordinate outside vendors such as landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, etc. Obtain bids and pricing from outside vendors for projects, services and parts Assist with reviewing bids Assist in Evaluating, distributing, and scheduling the daily tasks along with maintaining the facilities task list Print, issue, and track all maintenance and machine shop work orders Issue and record all preventative maintenance orders Generate and Issue purchase orders Scan and electronically file all facilities paperwork Complete projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor Coordinate the picking up and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments Coordinate and process non-stock purchase Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory. Provide backup support for cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities within MRO inventory Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, network drive, and scanning Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
