Job Description

Sales & Scheduling Manager Ethic Indoor, LLC Are you passionate about sports, sales, and building strong relationships in your community? Ethic Indoor is looking for an energetic and organized Sales & Scheduling Manager to help maximize facility usage, manage client relationships, and grow new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thinking strategically about business growth, and ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. About the Role The Sales & Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing relationships with renters, members, and partners while overseeing the facility's scheduling operations. This individual will play a key role in maximizing facility capacity, driving new business, and ensuring an excellent experience for all customers. You'll work closely with leadership and collaborate with a small, fast-paced team to help Ethic Indoor continue to grow its presence in the community. Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Manage relationships with renters, members, and facility partners throughout the year Identify opportunities to increase participation, retention, and customer satisfaction Lead new business development for open turf, courts, sponsorships, and lease space Serve as a community ambassador by building relationships with local organizations and partners Negotiate and manage contracts with renters and facility partners Ensure all renters and members have valid waivers or insurance on file Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments according to contracts Schedule regular meetings with major renters to maintain strong partnerships and discuss renewals Develop creative ideas to improve facility performance and member engagement Scheduling & Facility Operations Manage the facility calendar and overall scheduling operations Coordinate scheduling needs with renters and programs Maximize facility usage and revenue through strategic scheduling Ensure efficient and effective facility operations What We're Looking For College degree or equivalent professional experience (3-5+ years preferred) Passion for sports and community engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and personable personality Ability to build relationships and represent the facility in the community Strong organizational and time management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel Work Environment Full-time position In-office role with opportunities for local community outreach Monday-Friday, standard business hours Occasional evenings or weekends depending on events and facility needs Compensation $50,000 - $90,000 base salary depending on experience Commission opportunities tied to sales and new business development Join the Team Ethic Indoor is a growing sports facility focused on providing a high-quality experience for athletes, teams, and community members.
