Position Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of corporate buildings, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment. Lead and develop Facilities teams, including Dock Services, Mail Services and Facilities Assistants and Attendants. Partner with Facilities leadership to hire, develop and retain a high-performing team. Manage vendor relationships, event set ups and facilities projects as needed. Inspect facilities regularly, quickly addressing issues to maintain high standards. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of facility operations or management experience. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
