Job Responsibilities:

The Director of Facility Services is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and developing of the overall operation of the Facilities Department (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry) in accordance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies.

Requirements:

Two years college or technical training preferred Building maintenance and supervision experience preferred Knowledge of Life Safety Code, state nursing home and residential care regulations preferred Long-term care or hospital experience preferred
