Job Description
Key Responsibilities Facility Operations
- This position is responsible for maintaining the operations, visual appearance and atmosphere of CREATE's spaces to ensure an inviting and positive environment to generate revenue. o This includes all technical operations, equipment, rentals, on-site bar, and facility resources with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate and oversee space/room rental setup, including preparing spaces, equipment configuration, and ensuring readiness and quality experience for all usage per contract and member agreements.
- Manage CREATE's beverage service, including setup, inventory ordering, staffing/volunteer coordination and inventory tracking.
- Point of contact for Central Rivers Farmshed and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide on-site support before, during, and after contracted events, including setting up and beverage service for rentals per contract agreements.
- Consistently walk through facility noting repair, cleanliness and organization. Work with Janitorial staff and Executive Director to make sure best space accommodations for utilization.
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on all facility work orders with building owner. Memberships
- Use and manage membership, rental and security application platforms.
- Onboard and manage User Members, User Groups, contracts, rental equipment, and tools essential to organizational operations.
- Assist in managing, and evaluating User Memberships, space and equipment rental structures, User Groups, and contractual agreements.
- Work with CREATE's information technology provider as needed. Administrative Support
- Monthly reporting on Operations relating to revenue, use and expenses. Communications & Engagement being highly prioritized.
- Collaborate with CREATE Executive Director and staff to support user friendly contracts, experiences and spaces
- Contribute to the development of organizational goals, success metrics, and operational benchmarks for growth.
- Work independently under general supervision while maintaining strong communication with the team Job Requirement(s)
- Eligible to obtain Portage County, WI Bartending License
- Must be able to physically rearrange banquet tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment on a regular basis.
