  • Part-time, Full-time Property Maintenance Director & Groundskeeper (seasonal, part-time) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Property Maintenance Director & Groundskeeper to oversee the care, maintenance, and improvement of our residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.
This role is ideal for a true jack-of-all-trades who takes pride in their work and enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities. The right candidate will help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our buildings and grounds while also leading carpentry and remodeling projects as needed. This position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple properties. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds upkeep using hand and power tools Complete gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control Maintain the health of trees, shrubs, and plants using proper horticultural practices Perform general property maintenance to ensure buildings and outdoor areas are clean, safe, and functional Serve as the primary point person for troubleshooting and addressing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues Lead and execute carpentry and renovation projects, including painting, remodeling spaces, furniture assembly, and general repairs Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment required for property upkeep Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, carpentry, or a related field Working knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance Experience with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting Ability to safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Physical ability to perform both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across properties Strong communication skills Valid driver's license preferred (for travel between sites) This role is essential to maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our hospitality, event, and commercial spaces.
