Facilities Operations Supervisor Monday-Friday :

As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for the upkeep of our buildings, grounds, and critical systems. What You'll Do Lead, train, schedule, and support the Facilities Operations team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations Oversee and perform maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, sewer, and related building systems Complete and supervise preventative and predictive maintenance across all Cedar Community facilities Conduct routine building inspections and maintain clean, organized mechanical, electrical, and storage areas Monitor and adjust building systems, including temperature controls and equipment performance Coordinate contractor work, system repairs, upgrades, and compliance-related tasks Manage equipment records, work orders, and operational reporting Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and policy/procedure improvement Oversee sewer lift stations, force main operations, chemical additions, and required testing Perform other duties as assigned β
