At Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg Inpatient in Hedgesville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. This role is a Facilities/Maintenance Manager position responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, compliance, and operation of multiple regional facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient facilities while managing staff, contractors, budgets, projects, and regulatory requirements across a regional portfolio of properties.

$55,000/year - $65,000/year Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance programs. Supervising maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping staff, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management. Leading construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. Ensuring compliance with building codes, life-safety standards, health regulations, and accreditation requirements. Maintaining records, inspection logs, equipment inventories, blueprints, and work-order tracking systems. Coordinating contractors, obtaining bids, managing vendors, and recommending projects for approval. Overseeing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, laundry, and utility infrastructure. Managing facility emergencies and providing after-hours support when needed. Overseeing grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal. Supporting risk management, workplace safety initiatives, and cost-control efforts. Advising leadership on facility conditions, maintenance priorities, and opportunities for operational improvements. Other duties as assigned Education/Experience REQUIRED
Experience in plumbing, electrical, building systems, and heating maintenance High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience managing budgets, vendors, or large-scale facility projects preferred. Pyramid CORE Values:
