Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a Blender Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, blending, storage, and handling of liquid products. Ensures product quality, manages non-conforming materials, supports packaging operations, and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, blend, and transfer products safely and efficiently. Inspect, sort, and manage damaged or non-conforming packaging and products. Coordinate rework, disposal, and recovery activities for quarantined materials. Monitor inventory and assist with the disposition of non-saleable products. Operate forklifts and transport materials as required. Lead temporary workers during large-scale rework or disposal projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate communication with supervisors and team members. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including 6S practices. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license. Certified forklift operator. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Leadership or team supervision experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail with sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Ability to understand and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
