Position Summary:
Charged with verification of product received or shipped Unloading/loading of inbound, outbound and transfer trailers. Ability to ensure the product is in compliance with all HACCP policies upon receipt or shipment. Have the ability to work in temps ranging from zero to minus twenty degrees Fahrenheit. Keep dock floor and equipment clear of debris, including but not limited to stretch wrap, wood, dust, snow, ice and exposed product. Up-stacking or down-stacking of product for storage, loading and inventories. Pass all requirements to be a PIE operator for OK Foods. Maintain an absentee rate of 5% or less.
