Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a dependable forklift operator to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials. Move and organize inventory throughout the facility. Complete daily forklift inspections and report issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Assist production and warehouse teams as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous forklift experience preferred. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Schedule Full-time position.
