Forklift Operator

Our client, a warehousing and trucking solutions company, is currently seeking a Forklift Operator in Goodyear, AZ . This position is ideal for someone with warehouse equipment experience who can work safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. The Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse operations by moving, loading, scanning, and securing products throughout the facility. Candidates must be comfortable working long shifts, handling physical tasks, and following all safety procedures.

The Day-to-Day:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Load and unload delivery trucks, shipping containers, and storage racks. Scan barcodes and record incoming or outgoing inventory using RF scanners. Complete daily pre-operation equipment safety checklists. Wrap, stack, and secure pallets to help prevent product damage.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid forklift operator certification required; OSHA-compliant certification preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating industrial warehouse equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods. Experience using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, or handheld scanning devices. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when needed.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:
