Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. As a Pallet Jack Operator, you will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, loaded, and unloaded. Duties Operate pallet jacks and other heavy equipment to move products within the warehouse. Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to avoid damage. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Follow OSHA guidelines to promote safety in all operations. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper mechanical functioning. Support other warehouse functions as needed, including construction tasks or operating forklifts and clamp trucks. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order picking processes. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols. TOLL-1
