This role is hands-on from the start — receiving and binning product, pulling and loading orders, and representing Action Wine & Spirits professionally on deliveries to accounts throughout the valley. If you take pride in doing the job right, work well with others, and understand that the details matter, we want to hear from you. Experience in food & beverage distribution is preferred. This position requires experience operating refrigerated vans and box trucks up to 26'. What You'll Do Accurately pull orders based on invoice information Load and organize trucks for designated delivery routes Receive inbound shipments and bin product to assigned warehouse locations Deliver orders to accounts on time and per any special instructions, serving as a professional representative of Action Wine & Spirits Verify product against invoices to ensure accurate delivery Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in support of both safety and efficiency Maintain a clean driving record What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse experience, including binning, invoice reading, and inventory 2+ years of experience operating trucks up to 26' Must be 19 years of age or older, with a valid Arizona driver's license held for a minimum of 3 years Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the workday Physically capable of sustained activity including bending, lifting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and extended time on your feet — including some temperature extremes during deliveries Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-forward attitude Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and procedures accurately A collaborative, team-first approach to the work Forklift experience preferred but not required High school level reading, writing, and math skills Schedule & Logistics This is a full-time, in-person position based on a minimum of 40 hours per week across warehouse, field, and delivery responsibilities. Shifts typically begin between 5-6 AM depending on daily volume, Monday through Friday.
