Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with strong reach truck experience to support warehouse and production operations in Arvin, CA. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and daily production goals are met.

$17.50/hour Responsibilities Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment Assist with light assembly and production tasks Perform inventory counts and material movement Support shipping and receiving operations Follow company safety policies and quality standards Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Reach truck experience (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and work 8-12 hour shifts Basic math skills Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to join a growing operation in Arvin, CA, apply today with Hire Up Staffing.
