as a Reach Truck Forklift Operator in Bloomington, CA, where you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced logistics team. We're looking for skilled individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operate reach trucks to move, locate, and stack products in the warehouse. Ensure accurate order picking and timely loading of shipments. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions to management promptly. Assist in inventory control and stock management tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating reach trucks or similar forklifts. Valid forklift certification required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Physical ability to lift heavy items and operate machinery. Prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
