HA-Forklift Driver

Come create your career with Volt. Volt is immediately hiring a Forklift Driver in Buena Park, CA. As a Forklift Driver, you will: Maintain good attendance and a positive work attitude. Have knowledge and understanding of all safety guidelines and specific safety hazards associated with position. Have knowledge of and use all safety equipment required for the position. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a harmonious manner and interact in a cooperative way with supervisors and co-workers. Must wear or use all required personal protective equipment. Read, understand and adhere to rules and guidelines stated in the Employee Handbook. Understand Quality Standards and be able to make reasonable judgments and decisions regarding quality issues. Operate a forklift per established safety and work procedures including operator maintenance on the vehicle. Assist loading and help with proper banding, blocking, bracing and balancing. This is a Fulltime opportunity.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:00PM - 10:30PM The ideal candidate will have : Ability to work independently. Standing for extended periods of time, heavy physical effort (i.e., lifting, pushing, pulling), walking, bending, working in various temperature conditions Flexibility for occasional hours during peak season Must successfully pass a background check. 5 years of Forklift experience with
