FORKLIFT DRIVERS

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving materials throughout the facility, ensuring safety and accuracy in all operations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment.

Shifts Available:

1st,2nd and 3rd

Pay Rate:

$17-20.00 OSHA Forklift Certified (Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack) Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to load and unload materials. Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Handle heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper materials handling techniques are followed. Support inventory management by accurately tracking materials within the warehouse management system. Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts. Experience with order picking processes and shipping & receiving procedures is highly desirable. Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role is advantageous but not required. Understanding of construction materials handling can be beneficial for this position.
