This role is vital in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of materials within our warehouse. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will operate various types of heavy equipment, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments, organize inventory, and support warehouse distribution activities. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and materials handling will contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and organized environment. Responsibilities Operate forklift equipment such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods efficiently and safely Manage order picking using various equipment including pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately Assist with warehouse management system (WMS) entries for inventory tracking and order processing Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure machinery operates smoothly Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage Handle materials with care during heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols such as OSHA standards Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly stacking pallets and managing materials handling processes Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow Experience Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, or similar machinery in a warehouse setting Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures Familiarity with order picking techniques using specialized equipment like pickers Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting issues promptly Understanding of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution environments preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order fulfillment Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy Join us today if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and safety-conscious skills to a dynamic warehouse environment! #COR1
