carson, california Posted 6/10/2026 Closes 7/10/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $19.75 - $20.75 per hour Temp to Perm 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_165928 We are hiring experienced stand-up or cherry picker forklift operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role includes operating a forklift and assisting with scanning, picking, labeling, and general warehouse tasks. This is a cooler temperature environment 40 degrees. Overtime is required, and excellent attendance is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift to move inventory Accurately scan and pick orders using RF scanners Label products and prepare items for shipment Support loading/unloading and general warehouse duties Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30
