Job Description

Transport & Logistics Freight-Forwarding company is actively seeking certified Forklift Operators with
SIT DOWN
forklift experience to assist with the loading and unloading shipping containers. Staging for shipment in a deadline driven work environment.
Schedules :
Most shifts include weekends
Shift:
7:00am - 3:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organized and attention to details Able to communicate in oral and written form in English Work under deadline-oriented environment Unload trailers, containers, and railcars following all safety procedures. Stage and stack all products square and straight according to the requirements provided by each specific account and warehouse procedures. Accurately pull appropriate product from assigned locations. Verify all aspects of outbound orders prior to loading.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
1+ years of sit down forklift experience & general laborer work. Current Forklift Certification Must speak, write and understand English Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to follow instructions Work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment, and meet or exceed attendance requirements. Experience in warehouse environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to pass a 7 year criminal background check Ability to pass a drug screening
