The ideal candidate must have hands-on forklift driving experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage inventory and support warehouse operations efficiently. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently as needed Supervise and monitor forklift operators and warehouse staff during daily operations Ensure all forklift activities are performed safely and according to company procedures Monitor inventory levels and notify management when materials or supplies are running low Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Assist with loading, unloading, storing, and moving materials within the warehouse Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to forklift operators Inspect forklifts and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Assist warehouse management with operational planning and reporting Train and guide forklift employees on proper procedures and safety standards Support all other warehouse and forklift-related supervisory duties as needed Requirements Previous forklift operation experience required Prior warehouse or forklift supervisory experience preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Basic inventory and counting experience Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move materials when necessary Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification) Schedule Full-time Monday-Fridays 1-9pm Work Environment Warehouse and industrial environment Standing, walking, lifting, and forklift operation required throughout shifts
