  • What You'll Do
  • As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping product moving safely and accurately throughout the facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Operating
  • stand‑up forklifts
  • to transport product between inbound, storage, and outbound areas + Operating
  • reach trucks
  • to place and retrieve product from high rack locations + Supporting warehouse operations when needed, including: + Picking, packing, sorting, and staging + Scanning and labeling + Receiving and inventory movements + Performing daily equipment inspections and following all safety guidelines + Building clean, stable pallets and maintaining scan accuracy + Working independently while staying connected with your team •Equipment & Environment•+ •100% Raymond lift truck fleet•(stand‑up forklifts & reach trucks) + Narrow aisles and high racking requiring strong equipment control + Use of conveyors, handheld scanners, pallet jacks, step ladders, and sortation systems + Work in temperature‑varied, dusty, and elevated environments as needed •What We're Looking For•+ Previous experience operating •stand‑up forklifts and/or reach trucks•+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accuracy warehouse environment + Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English + Strong safety awareness and attention to detail + Reliable attendance and consistent performance + Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Pay & Schedule•+ •$20.
00-$20.50 per hour
