Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Forklift Operators for warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution assignments across California's Central Valley. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently — loading and unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the facility, and organizing warehouse space. What You'll Do Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely Load and unload trucks, flatbed trailers, and enclosed trailers Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies between warehouse areas Organize and consolidate warehouse space for optimal product storage Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA forklift operation standards Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed What You Bring — Required Previous forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) Current forklift certification (OSHA required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed What You Bring — Preferred Experience with electric pallet jacks, order pickers, or reach trucks Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management Comfortable working in warehouse environments (may include cold storage or outdoor yards) What We Offer Competitive pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour depending on assignment and experience Weekly pay — every Friday Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees Temp-to-hire opportunities with many of our client partners Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Referral bonuses — earn extra when you refer a friend About ShareSTAFF ShareSTAFF has been a trusted staffing partner for businesses across California's Central Valley for more than a decade.
