Payroll Experience:

At least 2 years of experience processing payroll for 20+ hourly employees.

Industry Experience:

Previous experience working in a Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Construction office environment.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and the ability to learn payroll and logistics software quickly. The "Multitasker"

Mindset:

Proven ability to handle frequent interruptions and pivot between accounting and operational tasks without losing accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications Multi-State Knowledge:

Experience with payroll taxes and regulations in states outside of California.

Logistics Background:
