We're hiring a Forklift Operator in our Production Area & Shipping & Receiving to join our logistics & production team. This is a full-time, hands-on role with clear pay progression and strong growth potential for motivated individuals. Pay & Increases Starting at $19.00 per hour +$0.50 every 3 months in Year 1 +$0.50 every 6 months in Year 2 Annual merit increases after Year 2 Schedule Monday-Friday Start time 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM 8-hour shifts Occasional overtime What You'll Do Production Forklift Operator staging material on the production floor Logistics Operator will Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility Process shipping & receiving using computer systems Communicate with drivers during pickups and deliveries Schedule freight and coordinate with vendors and customer service Maintain accurate inventory and follow safety procedures What We're Looking For Comfortable with physical work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Basic computer skills and attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Forklift experience is required Why Apply?
