This position offers an opportunity to operate pasteruization equipment, manage inventory, and contribute to efficient shipping and receiving processes. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment, supporting our commitment to excellence in materials handling and warehouse distribution. Duties Safely operate forklifts to load and unload pasteurization chambers & Containers/Trucks. Manage warehouse inventory through proper storage, organization, and documentation within the warehouse management system (WMS). Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying production schedules and inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve safety protocols, and maintain high standards of materials handling efficiency. Experience Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order picking, or materials handling within a distribution environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety practices. Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting of forklifts or other warehouse machinery. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements. Warehouse experience demonstrating proficiency in load & unload procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and use of pallet jacks or lift trucks.
