Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Rialto, CA. This role supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment and is ideal for a safety-focused professional with hands-on experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and dock stockers. This position offers steady warehouse work, a team-oriented environment, and the opportunity to contribute directly to efficient shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment. Candidates who take pride in accuracy, productivity, and safe equipment operation will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and dock stockers, to move, store, and retrieve warehouse inventory.
• Use RF scanners to complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment transactions accurately.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while inspecting freight for damage and quantity accuracy.
• Palletize, stage, and prepare shipments for trailers and vans according to warehouse procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts, support inventory accuracy, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Complete forklift inspections, report equipment issues, and follow all safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Compensation and Benefits
