Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a temporary opportunity in Rialto, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with stand-up reach and sit-down forklift experience who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and helping keep warehouse operations moving efficiently. As a Forklift Operator, you will support daily order fulfillment by picking, packing, scanning, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced logistics environment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work with supportive leadership and a team-oriented warehouse group focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
- Operate stand-up reach, dock stocker, and sit-down forklifts as needed throughout the shift.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory, complete order fulfillment tasks, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures to help prevent injuries, product damage, and equipment damage.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production, shipping, and quality goals.
- Stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
