Receiving Clerk/Forklift Operator -2nd Shift (6pm-2:30am)

PrideStaff is currently seeking a 2nd R eceiving Clerk/Forklift Operator for a wood manufacturing company located in Rialto, CA. This is a possible temporary to hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Hourly Pay Rate:

$24.00 to $24.50

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8-1 hours daily - 2nd shift 6pm to 2:30am (plus mandatory overtime as needed)

THE ROLE

This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Traffic Coordinator to ensure all product is delivered on time and complete, while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Primary Customer Service contact for distribution questions and site delivery communication 2. Prepares and process all shipping paperwork to completion 3. Prepares routes and load lists 4. End of month inventory of finished products 5. Schedules all in/out bound freight carrier loads 6. Works in conjunction with Drivers to ensure product is received and delivered on time 7. Reconciles all order discrepancies 8. Responsible for communicating all shipment challenges Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2. Demonstrated Customer Service Skills 3. Ability to work under limited supervision 4. Strong verbal and written communications skills 5. Proven problem solving skills 6. Works well in a team environment, with a diverse workforce 7. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism 8. Ability to use and operate general office equipment 9. Good math skills Education and Experience 1. High School Diploma or

GED. 2. 1

year of job-related experience and/or training is preferred. Must have steel toe shoes or steel toe boots Must be willing to submit to drug test and background prior to start Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $24.50 Per Hour
