Forklift Operator (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team for the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift. This role is responsible for efficiently moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack materials Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Handle all products carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Follow all company policies as well as OSHA safety guidelines Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required Valid forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with good communication skills Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required Valid forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with good communication skills
