Full Job Description General Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Standing Forklift Operator with deep reach (reach truck) experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise while operating a standing reach forklift in a fast-paced distribution environment. Flexible to work on weekends and this is a union position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a standing reach (deep reach) forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse Load, unload, pick, and stage products accurately and efficiently Safely place and retrieve pallets from high rack shelving Perform routine equipment inspections before and after use Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Able to work in a refrigerated storage area

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED 1-2+ years of experience operating a standing reach forklift (deep reach required) Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment Ability to work in narrow aisles and at elevated heights Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environments Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling An Equal Opportunity Employer including
