This is not an entry-level packing position. We are looking for someone with strong warehouse, inventory, and e-commerce operations experience who can help keep inventory organized, operate a forklift when needed, support daily workflow, and assist with managing incoming shipments. The ideal candidate must have experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA , as well as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar e-commerce/order management platforms. Experience with overseas procurement, shipping containers, freight coordination, and receiving imported goods is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Support daily warehouse workflow, including receiving, inventory organization, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment Process and manage orders through Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms Assist with Amazon FBA shipment preparation, labeling, carton organization, pallet requirements, and shipment coordination Help monitor online orders, shipping details, product SKUs, inventory movement, and fulfillment accuracy Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized stock locations Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips, purchase orders, or internal records Assist with overseas procurement coordination, including tracking incoming inventory, container shipments, freight schedules, and delivery timing Help coordinate the arrival of containers, pallets, and large inbound shipments to our warehouse location Communicate with management regarding shipment delays, receiving issues, missing items, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies, attend weekly virtual calls Organize products by SKU, size, style, color, category, and storage location Operate a forklift safely when needed Move, stage, and organize pallets, boxes, containers, and warehouse materials Identify low-stock, overstocked, damaged, mislabeled, or misplaced items Check customer orders for accuracy before shipment Help improve warehouse organization, labeling, inventory flow, and product placement Keep the warehouse, receiving areas, inventory sections, and packing stations clean and safe Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience required Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience required Experience with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar e-commerce/order management platforms required Forklift certification required Experience with overseas shipments, freight, containers, importing, or procurement coordination strongly preferred Prior lead, trainer, or warehouse operations experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counts, receiving, stock movement, and warehouse organization Experience working with SKUs, product variants, storage locations, purchase orders, and physical inventory counts Ability to process orders, review shipment details, and help prevent fulfillment or receiving errors Comfortable using order management tools, shipping software, inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems Ability to identify and report inventory discrepancies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently throughout the day Good communication skills with management, team members, carriers, and vendors when needed Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting (50 lbs+), carrying, and moving materials throughout the shift Preferred Experience Amazon FBA shipment creation and preparation Amazon Seller Central inventory management Shopify order fulfillment Walmart Marketplace or other marketplace experience Overseas procurement or import shipment coordination Container shipment receiving and freight scheduling Shipping and receiving experience Warehouse lead or trainer experience Experience with bedding, textiles, apparel, soft goods, or product variants Experience improving warehouse organization or inventory systems Work Environment This is an on-site warehouse operations position in Santa Ana, CA. The role includes inventory control, forklift operation, receiving, organizing products, checking orders, processing online orders, preparing FBA shipments, and helping manage inbound inventory. Our products include bedding, pillows, mattress toppers, robes, cushions, and other home textile items. Many products have similar appearances but different sizes, materials, firmness levels, and cover options, so inventory accuracy is very important. Schedule Full-time, day shift. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Pay Pay depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
