The Warehouse Stacker will be responsible for efficiently organizing, loading, and unloading materials within the warehouse environment, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and facilitating the overall flow of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Organize and stack inventory in designated areas following safety standards and warehouse protocols. Assist with order picking processes, including pickers, to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing shipments, verifying incoming goods, and maintaining accurate records. Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and workflow processes. Experience Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations. Experience in shipping & receiving procedures Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and long periods of standing or moving throughout the warehouse environment.
