Centennial, CO 80111 What You'll Be Doing We're hiring immediately for a Stand Up Forklift Operator role in a fast-paced environment. Howard Logistics is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating stand-up reach trucks and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Candidates must have recent stand-up forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers, as assigned. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. Pick orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Transport inventory to designated storage locations. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures. Support general warehouse operations as needed. More duties may be assigned upon hire. What You'll Need Must have stand-up forklift experience within the last 6 months. Previous experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution center preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift products. Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 pounds. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. Comfortable working at elevated heights when operating reach equipment. All candidates must successfully demonstrate stand-up forklift proficiency and meet the physical requirements of the position prior to placement.
