$20-$22 per hour, based on experience About the Role Francis Enterprices is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead - Forklift Operator to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a small team of 3-5 warehouse workers. This role is based in New Castle, DE and includes seasonal travel throughout the Northeast to help set up and break down temporary retail store locations. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 3-5 warehouse workers Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize inventory Assist with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Prepare inventory, fixtures, and supplies for seasonal store openings Travel throughout the Northeast for seasonal store setup and breakdown Assist with approximately 10 store setups Assist with store breakdowns Ensure team members follow company procedures and safety standards Requirements 2-5 years of warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required Experience leading or supervising a small team preferred Must be able to work full-time on-site in New Castle, DE Must be willing to travel for seasonal store setup and breakdown projects Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a hands-on warehouse role Able to lift, move, load, and unload warehouse materials as needed Compensation $20-$22 per hour, based on experience.
