PM Pay Rate:

$20.00•25.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse / Inventory Forklift Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts, maintaining accurate inventory, loading and unloading materials, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring products move efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable using warehouse management systems such as NetSuite. Key Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damage. Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory by recording transactions in NetSuite. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and audits. Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, orderly storage locations. Label, package, and prepare outgoing shipments. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels. Assist with stocking materials and replenishing inventory as needed. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and inventory experience. Previous forklift operating experience required; forklift certification is a plus. Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Experience preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs). Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP software preferred. Ability to accurately count, track, and organize inventory. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse. Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping procedures. Experience with inventory cycle counts and warehouse audits. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.
