• Hours:

  6:00 am to 6:00 pm (shifts may vary between 8 and 12 hours based on production needs).

• Days:

  Monday through Saturday as needed.

• Flexibility:

  Availability for overtime is required to meet our daily shipment volumes.
• Safely operate sit down type forklift to load and offload trucks and move and organize inventory.
• Fill out shipping paperwork legibly, properly, and completely so that others can understand.
• Stage orders for customers by stacking and wrapping tile and trim on pallets for customer pickup.
• Offload and receive product. ...
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and checks.
• Coordinate maintenance of forklift and any other yard equipment; including a daily safety check of forklift and turn into Safety Director (i.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit down type forklift to load and offload trucks and move and organize inventory.
• Fill out shipping paperwork legibly, properly, and completely so that others can understand.

PM Skills:

• Previous experience in inventory management or conducting monthly inventory counts.
• Experience with equipment maintenance coordination and daily safety inspections.
• Bilingual communication skills or an excellent ability to converse with customers and drivers.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift and a commitment to wearing all required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hard hats.
• Capability to frequently lift and pull 20 to 30-pound bundles, drag 50 to 60-pound wooden pallets, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to accurately fill out shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and inventory handwrites.
• Proficiency in counting, adding/subtracting two-digit numbers, and calculating pieces per pallet.
• Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment screening requirements.
