Job Description
Mangrove Marina is currently seeking a full-time Marina Yard & Grounds Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor role supporting the day-to-day operations of our marina and boat yard. The successful applicant will work closely with the marina team to ensure vessels are handled safely and the marina is kept clean, organized, and operating efficiently. We're looking to hire someone who is energetic, positive, and a good team worker. Duties will include but are not limited to: Spotting and assisting with vessel haul-outs and launches. Carrying out vessel pump-outs. Assisting with boat tie-ups and securing vessels. Collecting and disposing of rubbish throughout the marina and yard. General grounds keeping, including keeping the marina and yard clean, tidy, and free of debris (no landscaping duties). General yard duties and manual labor as required. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Following all workplace health and safety procedures. Assisting other marina staff with operational tasks as required.
