Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM ONLY About the Role iJility, LLC is currently hiring experienced Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Braselton, GA for William-Sonoma. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and working independently in a high-volume distribution environment.
What You'll Do:
Operate equipment such as Raymond sit-down forklift, dock stocker, reach truck, order picker, and pallet stacker Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Handle large and heavy items (up to 80+ lbs) Work with pallets ranging from 4'-8' Perform tasks independently while meeting productivity goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required Prior experience operating warehouse equipment required Ability to lift and move 80+ lbs consistently Comfortable handling large boxes (up to 5 ft wide/tall) Lumping experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment No cell phone use allowed on the warehouse floor Reliable and punctual Nice to

Equipment maintenance experience Strong understanding of warehouse operations
