Forklift Operator

  Decatur, GA
• Pay Range $18.00-$20.00 based on experience
• Ready to take your warehouse career to the next level? We're looking for skilled Forklift Operators to support our fast-paced team on the weekend shift! If you have the drive and experience, we want to hear from you.

• What You'll Do:

• + Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and other industrial forklifts + Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections + Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse + Track and manage inventory with RF scanners + Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies + Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready workspace + Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• You Bring:

• + 1+ years recent forklift experience in a warehouse/distribution setting + Hands-on experience with RF scanners + Strong background in inventory control and quality assurance + Attention to detail, reliability, and great communication skills + Ability to work independently or as part of a team + High school diploma or GED preferred

• Physical Requirements:

• + Stand for extended periods + Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 65 lbs with team lift/equipment) + Bend, stoop, reach, climb, and perform repetitive movements + Willingness to work in hot, cold, or dusty environments
