Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-4:30PM | Weekends Off Take the Lead at Our Service Center! Are you ready to advance your warehouse career? We're seeking a reliable, proactive leader to oversee operations, guide our team, and keep everything running smoothly. Enjoy great pay, daylight hours, and support from an experienced crew.
What You'll Lead & Do:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and motivate your team Operate a forklift for up to 2 hours/day, moving and loading materials safely Use warehouse tools (including metal shear and brake—we'll train you!) Prepare customer orders, strap and tarp loads, and coordinate deliveries Drive a gooseneck trailer to job sites and assist offloads Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient Assign tasks, uphold safety standards, and resolve issues on the fly Jump in wherever needed—each day brings new opportunities!
Leadership Qualities & Skills We Value:
Team-oriented, dependable, and able to take initiative Clear written and verbal communication Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, crouching Basic math skills—add, subtract, fractions & decimals Proven attendance and positive attitude High school diploma or GED required Forklift certification preferred (we'll train motivated leaders!) Experience in roofing or similar trades a plus—but drive and dedication matter most!
