Shift Opportunities Pay:

$20/Hour Job Description We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to manage the receipt, storage, picking, loading, and distribution of building product materials both inside and outside our Distribution Center. You will operate propane or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, or similar equipment. Responsibilities Transport materials to and from receiving, storage, and production areas using forklifts or other lifting devices. Organize products by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Fulfill customer orders promptly by pulling stock and placing it on pallets for transportation to packing stations, shipping departments, or directly onto trucks. Track production by managing customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to meet daily goals. Maintain records by verifying the accuracy and quality of products received and loaded for delivery. Participate in annual physical inventory and product counts, ensuring accurate labeling or tagging of items. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating reach trucks, high reach forklifts, and cherry pickers. Experience in picking, loading, unloading, and using pallet jacks. Ability to handle repetitive motion and physical effort, moving an average of 560 units daily, each weighing around 30 pounds. Prior experience working in a warehouse environment. Experience with electric pallet jacks is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Yorkana, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
