$18.00 - $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)

You:
We provide forklift certification training and reimbursement. We want to see you grow into a Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Coordinator.
The Role:
Impactful Logistics As a Forklift Operator, you are the backbone of our Boise facility maintenance and logistics operations.
You will:
Material Handling:
Load, unload, and transport everything from construction supplies to electronics.
Tech-Forward Inventory:
Keep our warehouse organized using digital inventory tools.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside warehouse staff and subcontractors to ensure the right gear gets to the right job site on time.
Safety Leadership:
Uphold OSHA standards to keep yourself and your teammates safe. What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
1+ years of forklift operation
Certification:
Valid OSHA-approved cert (Expired? We'll help you get current).
The Basics:
High school diploma, background check, drug-free, valid driver's license, and a clean record.
Physicality:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout an 8-hour shift.
