2B•4:00 PM to 12:00 AM | 1st shift•6:00 AM to 2:00
PM Pay:
$18.60 per hour | Increases after 700 hours ($1.00 raise) Position Overview PROMAN Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Forklift Operators for Manufacturing in Aurora, IL . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and great growth potential. Responsibilities Operate Reach Truck and other lift equipment safely and efficiently. Pick and stage products from inventory using RF scanners . Perform general warehouse duties, including reworking and basic maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling and documentation. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Requirements Previous warehouse and forklift experience required. Must successfully complete and pass lift truck operation tests and training. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to use RF units .
