Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator | $18.00-$19.50/hr We're currently hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse and inventory operations in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment. This role is ideal for experienced operators who are detail‑oriented and comfortable working at heights. What You'll Be Doing Operate stand‑up / man‑up forklifts to move, stage, and kit materials Use printed pick lists to pull orders and verify material accuracy Label, tag, and organize parts throughout the warehouse Perform manual inventory counts to ensure accuracy Complete basic computer data entry and navigate inventory systems Support inventory control and help maintain organized storage areas Follow all safety procedures, including working at heights with required harnesses What We're Looking For 2+ years of forklift experience within the last 5 years Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a warehouse setting Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry Ability to bend, twist, and lift during inventory verification Willingness to work mandatory overtime , including Saturdays when needed Comfortable working at heights and wearing required safety equipment Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with inventory control or cycle counting Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Schedule & Work Environment Shifts Available:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Training:

Day shift training for approximately 1-3 weeks

Overtime:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
