Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Stand-up Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This role involves operating stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers while assisting with loading, unloading, inventory control, and general material handling tasks. Candidates with at least 2-3 years of stand‑up forklift experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Operate a stand‑up forklift or reach truck to move corrugated product throughout the facility. Pick product from double‑deep racks using appropriate equipment. Utilize a cherry picker for order selection and material retrieval. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Perform cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy. Review product loads for accuracy and ensure timely, complete delivery. Perform routine equipment maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and fueling. Weigh materials or products and record weight and production data on tags or labels. Signal team members to discharge, dump, or level materials as needed. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2-3 years of forklift experience Experience with material handling, picking, packing, unloading, and general warehouse labor. Ability to use RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lockport, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
